Day 01 : Bangalore - Belavadi - Chikmagalur
On first day of Chikmagalur – Coorg – Wayanad Tour Package, our representative will welcome you at Bengaluru Airport or Railway Station or your residence and drive to Chikmagalur, famous for its hill stations and also popularly known as the coffee land of Karnataka. Enroute visit Belavadi, a national heritage site and one of the important attractions in Karnataka tourism. The main attraction of Belavadi is Veeranarayana Temple. On arrival at Chikmagalur, check in to the hotel. If time permits, visit to Coffee Musuem, an interesting place to to know more iformation about coffee, its history, types of Brewing, etc. and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02 : Chikmagalur (Sightseeings)
Morning after breakfast, proceed to visit Seethalayanagiri and Mullayanagiri. Mullayanagiri is the highest peak of Karnataka state located in Bababudangiri range. The height of Mullayanagiri is 6330 ft (1,930 meters) and it is regarded as the highest peak between Himalayas and Nilgiris. Then visit Kavikal Gandi Viewpoint, Honnamana halla (a small waterfall). Then drive to Baba Budan Giri, a range of mountains in Chikmagalur. Visit Manikyadhara Waterfalls, also known as Nellikai Theertha. Specialty of the Manikyadhara falls is that it will not get drained during the summer; instead the water remains icy cold. Then visit shrine/temple at Baba Budangiri, a mountain in the Baba Budan or Dattagiri range of the Western Ghats. Return to the Hotel and overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 03 : Chikmagalur - Coorg
After breakfast, checkout the hotel and drive to Coorg - the "Scotland of Karnataka" nestled in the Western ghats range and popularly known as Kodagu. On arrival at Madikeri, check in to the hotel. Evening visit to Abbi Falls, one of the picturesque waterfalls of Karnataka, located amid coffee estate and then proceed to Omkareshwara Temple - a temple having both Islamic and Gothic style of architecture. Then proceed to Raja Seat - a seasonal garden of flowers and artificial fountains. You can view the beautiful view of mountains of coorg from here. Return to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04 : Coorg
After breakfast, proceed for the sightseeing for full day covering Dubare Elephant Camp, a forest camp on the banks of the River Kaveri where bathing and feeding the elephants are done. You can enjoy the Elephant rides and bird watching at Dubare elephant camp in Coorg. Afternoon proceed to Talacauvery - located in the picturesque location of Brahmagiri hills. Talacauvery is the origin of River Kaveri, a beautiful Talacauvery Temple built around it, Climb Brahmagiri peak and then visit to Bhagamandala which is famous for the confluence of the three sacred rivers, Kaveri, Sujyothi and Kanike. Visit to the temple dedicated to Bhagandeshwara (Lord Shiva) and get the blessings of the lord. Return to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05 : Coorg - Wayanad
>Morning breakfast, checkout of the hotel and drive to Wayanad. Wayanad is dominated by the western ghats and Home to fascinating legends, mysterious mountain caves, hidden treasures, aborigine tribes, treehouses, jungle trails and exotic wild life, this little known district of Kerala is the perfect setting for a hundred great adventures! On arrival at Wayanad, check in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure and other activities. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 06 : Wayanad
Morning after breakfast, full day sightseeing at Wayanad. Proceed to visit Pookot Lake - this perennial fresh water lake, nestled among wooded hills, is the only one of its kind in Kerala. Boating facilities and a fresh water aquarium are among the tourist. Then visit to Lakkidi – the gateway to Wayanad, is situated 700m above the sea level, lofty peaks, gurgling streams and luxuriant forests. Chain Tree, a chain still hangs from a Banyan tree to mark the spot where a British Colonialist murdered an Adivasi tribesman and visit to Sujippara Waterfalls, a thundering three-tiered waterfall. These falls capture nature at her best. This place is also famous for rock climbing. Evening, return to the hotel/resort and overnight stay at hotel/resort.
Day 07 : Wayanad - Bangalore
After breakfast, check out the hotel and drive to Bangalore, Enroute, visit Muthanga, an ideal destination to watch herds of wild elephants. Elephants roam freely here and tigers are sighted occasionally. Various species of deer, monkeys, birds etc also live here. On arrival at Bangalore, transfer to the Bangalore International Airport or Railway Station. Chikmagalur – Coorg - Wayanad Tour Package ends with the delightful memories.
